Inspections are done using the latest computerized reporting systems. Reports are provided IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING the inspection, ON-SITE.
Pictures are taken of any major items, so as to provide you, and your lawyer with a more comprehensive understanding the the situation.
Major components of the house will be reviewed with you after the inspection. You will find out where your water shut-offs are and electricial components,as well as the furnace filter is.
